It is raining like CRAZY in Kirksville. When I walked to my first class (thankfully wearing weatherproofed boots and carrying a massive umbrella), there was easily 3 inches of water on the ground, flowing downhill quite fast. And the rain hasn't really stopped since then: most of the quad is flooded, the sidewalks are hidden under leaves and water, and it's still overcast.

The rain this year has been CRAZY. It's raining domestic animals here as well, and has been all semester (last semester and over the summer too). Crazy! I hope you don't get any flash floods. That would not be a good thing. Stay dry!
