It is possible to use the word "gazump" in the context of Afghani culture.
Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize, and I am pleased to say that even my hard-core Democrat friends agree that this is ridiculous. He might deserve it in a few years, but certainly not yet!

well, i think it just was europe's way of sticking it to bush. whether obama deserves it or not (obviously not) he's not bush and they want to make a statement about it i guess.
seems like a bad way of giving out the nobel peace prize....
