Today is World Bread Day! Who knew. I'd had bread on my to-do list for a week anyway, ignorant of today's apparent holiday.
So I'm making this. And at the part where you knead the dough and resist the urge to add more flour, boy is it sticky! Because of that fact alone, this is one of the most difficult breads I've made.

Interesting (the recipe, not the stickiness, which is to be expected, at least a little)! I take it it came out well? :D I'm a big plain bread person, so I don't eat or make many breads that have a lot of spices and such in them, but it looks good. And sticky dough is no fun. :P
